Application Instructions

  1. Complete and submit the follwoing on-line application.
  2. Download and complete the Application Packet.
  3. Send the Application Packet and a non-refundable application fee of $250 to:

Once your application AND deposit have been received, we will call to set up a phone interview and will contact your references.  The application, interview and references are equally important to our decision-making process regarding your acceptance to the program.
